Show Ring Fencing

The Challenge

Appledown Rescue & Rehoming Kennels needed a safe, enclosed show ring for their twice-yearly dog shows. The area also had to serve a dual purpose — providing a secure space for dog training and introductions throughout the rest of the year.

The fencing needed to be:

Secure enough to safely contain dogs of all sizes.

Installed in time for their upcoming show day.

Durable but unobtrusive, allowing for easy visibility of the dogs during events.

Our Solution

Aaron Fencing supplied and installed a bespoke fencing solution tailored to the unique needs of a busy rescue centre. We worked closely with the Appledown team to:

Design a functional and flexible layout for the ring.

Install the fencing swiftly and efficiently, meeting the deadline for show day.

Ensure the structure could be used year-round for training and safe dog introductions.

The Result

A fully enclosed show ring that is safe, practical, and multipurpose.

The fencing was completed just in time for the dog show, allowing the event to run smoothly.

The area is now also used for training sessions and socialisation, helping the rescue staff better prepare dogs for their forever homes.

Community Impact

This wasn’t just another fencing project — it was a chance to support a local rescue charity doing vital work. The show ring now plays a key role in both fundraising events and day-to-day rehoming efforts at Appledown.
